All about the outside:

Parking is in front of the house on gravel with enough room for 2 small cars (if parked carefully) or one larger one.  Parking is also possible on the lane.

Entrance into the front garden is via a gate in the picket fence (approx 3.5ft).  The garden is a mix of paved path, gravel and simple flower beds but has an artificial grass area too and substantial wooden seating and table for four.  Lovely flint stone walls on one side and a largely evergreen hedge on the other (backed with small mesh at the bottom).

To the side of this front garden is a separate, gated grass area, small but well fenced with dense laurel hedge (approx 7ft) and backed with solid fence and stone wall of approx 3.5 ft.  There is a rotary washing line here too.

To the side of the house is another gate (approx 7ft wrought iron with small gauge mesh in the bottom 3ft) and this leads round to the back of the house and access in through the door to the dining room and kitchen.  There is an outside tap and hose here.

Will this property suit my dogs?

If you dog loves a variety of quiet walks from the door, they will love it!  Jumpers and reactive dogs may not be best suited here as there may be dogs passing by and possibly in neighbouring properties but they will only be seen from a small section of the front garden.  If your dog likes a variety of outside space this will be ideal and if they love relaxing with their humans in front of a woodburner after a long walk, they will love it even more!
